While I filled out the information form the gentleman went to the back, soon returning with a used hose just like the one I needed. He asked me if it was my birthday, no, I replied. My experience with Longmont Vacuum has always been superb! My husband purchased our first Royal vacuum cleaner 20 years ago. Through the years, they have always done whatever possible to make repairs on my machine and keep me supplied with the proper bags. The owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
